We welcome schools visiting Galleywall Nature Reserve and taking advantage of our local wildlife haven.
Unfortunately at present we do not have staff who can assist you on your visit, so activities must be organised, managed, and monitored by the visiting school. We do however have an information pack which you can download (also linked below) which includes Health and Safety information, general reserve information, and some session and activity ideas and resources with which you can plan your visit.
If you wish to use the reserve, please download and sign the visit agreement, and email us a scan of the signed copy. We will then get in touch to arrange for you to get a set of keys to the reserve. You can then book yourselves in for a session on the calendar. PLEASE NOTE that it is your responsibility to ensure that no one is already booked into the reserve on the date you wish to visit, and to enter your own booking!
We always appreciate photos and reports from groups using the reserve, especially ones that we can share on social media (i.e. photos that don't include children's faces).
